TRAINING
We train your people to implement the bespoke systems we create for your business.
Unlike other providers, our training covers the specific systems, tools and templates that we have designed for you.
You will recognise that generic training will not meet your needs for the practical implementation of your business systems. Generic training provides background information and helps build knowledge, but cannot provide capability in the day-to-day operation of your business. It’s expensive and fails to give you the practical ability you need.
We use a simple modular approach, with each training session concentrating on a particular aspect of your business or projects, providing pragmatic coaching in the real-life application of your systems, using your templates from your bespoke procedures.
CERTIFICATION
We support your business to acquire independent third-party verification from a UKAS-accredited Certification Body.
Uniquely, we guarantee Certification of the system we design for you. Meeting the relevant ISO Standard and achieving independent third-party verification from a UKAS accredited Certification Body.
Demonstrating your capability with independent third-party Certification provides confidence that you comply with current best practice and actively seek to continually improve your performance.
