BIMcert successfully completed the contract for Durham County Council, providing specialist support to a range of businesses in the region. The programme was fully-funded by the UK Government.

Specialist support was provided through a combination of  masterclasses, 1-2-1 mentoring, and improvement measurement.

Each business was helped to identify specific business issues.

Interventions were delivered by BIMcert to reduce risk, increase efficiency and improve results.

Baseline measures and outcomes were recorded to verify the targeted improvement achieved.

Businesses were able to increase their knowledge, understanding and capability to increase productivity.

Participants reported significant improvements on each identified issue.
